I jam some rocks in the arrow slit to prevent anyone from using it.

My current thinking is that we may get ambushed on the way out at this area.
Some things we can do:
1) put a tripwire for things coming through the same doorway that we are at now. Maybe they will trip into the chasm.
2) attach a rope for when we get back to this doorway so if we are knocked off here then we have something hold onto to swing out and then back into the doorway. This rope should be long enough to allow anyone in the chasm a way up.
3) close and spike the double doors but leave it so we can easily open the doors from the chasm.
